***Discovery Adventure (90-120 min.)
All tours must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance and depend on docent availability.
Ever get to touch a snake? Do you know the difference between a toad and frog? Can you tell a predator from a prey? These questions and more are answered in this unique educational experience where you learn about the animals that live at Coyote Point Museum. A 30 minute docent led presentation will show students live animal up close and then chaperones and/or students will be given an “Observation Discovery Sheet” to help them explore the Wildlife Habitats on their own. Museum Docents are available immediately following the presentation to help steer you in the direction of some interesting things to look for within our animal exhibits.
