Have your next birthday party at Coyote Point Museum!

Book before August 31, 2010, to get a special Grand Opening Rate for our new Redwood Hall! (Our Redwood Hall will be available for parties starting June 5, 2010).

Here's what the Museum offers:

• For up to 24 guests: A private party room with access to an outdoor patio; or a private picnic area.
• For up to 50 guests: A private party in our Redwood Hall (starting June 5th, 2010)
• Entry into the museum and all exhibits for you and all your guests.
• Free parking and access to entire Coyote Point Recreational Area (includes access to Park, Marina and Beach) for you and your guests.

 
What You Need to Know Before Booking a Party

• To ensure space availability, we recommend that reservations be made at least four weeks in advance. Please CALL before sending in the reservation form.
• Parties do not include use of the Theater.
• Our indoor room with attached pation is available year-round.
• Our outdoor picnic area is surrounded by gardens and contains four picnic tables that accommodate six people each. Please note that this area is not covered and is fully exposed to the sun. There is no indoor space available in case of rain.
• Our Redwood Hall can accommodate up to 50 guests.
• For either our Classroom-Patio or our Picnic Area, maximum party capacity is 24 people, including adults and children. No exceptions.
• For the safety and comfort of our animals and other visitors, absolutely no balloons, noise-makers, chewing gum or piñatas are allowed.

Fees and Disclosures – Fees Valid for Parties Booked Prior to September 1, 2010

Classroom-Patio or Picnic Area, up to 24 Guests:

• $155.00 - Museum Members
• $220.00 - Non-members (Includes a one-year family membership)

Redwood Hall, up to 50 Guests:

• $210.00 - Museum Members
• $275.00 - Non-members

Full payment is due with your reservation.

No refunds are given for cancellations made within three weeks of the confirmed and scheduled party.
